rose lassi

INGREDIENTS
1.thick curds-1/2 litre
2.sugar-4 tblsp
3.rose water or syrup-2 tblsp
4.water-1 cup
5.chilled milk-1/2 cup
6.cochineal colour-a drop
7.fresh cream-2 tblsp
8.khova-2 tblsp
METHOD
1.blend all the above ingredients in a mixie or hand blender
2.serve in tall glasses.
