Chutney

ingredients
1.coconut-1 cup
2.kadale belle(channa dhal)-2 tsp
3.uddina belle(urad dhal)-1 tsp
4.red or green chilles-7 to 8
5.hing-1 pinch
6.curry leaves-1 handfull
7.tamarind-1 lemon size
8.salt to taste
seasoning
1.oil-2 tsp
2.sasivae-1 tsp
3.menthya-1/2 tsp
4.hing
method
1.heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai ,add kadale belle,uddina belle,chille,hing,curry leaves,tamarind,coconut fry well cool it
2.add salt ,grind it coarsely
3.add the seasoning
note
you can do the same chutney adding 1 handfull fried herae kayi sippeor herae kayi itself
