Badnekai palya

Ingredients
1.badanae kayi-1/4 kg
2.onion-2
3.green chilles-6
4.salt-1 tsp
5.fresh grated coconut-1/2 cup
6.nimmbu rasa(lemon juice)-1 tblsp
7.curry & corriander leaves-few
seasonings
oil-1 tblsp
sasivae-1 tsp
jeera-1tsp

Method
1.heat oil in a kadai add seasonings,when it stops spluttering, add curry leaves.
2.add green chilles and onion fry for a while.
3.add badanae kayi to it
4.fry well ,add salt
5.when done add coconut,nimbu rasa,corriander
note
same method for bendae kayi ,aloo onion
palya,capsicum,etc
