roomali roti

Ingredients
1.maida-250 gms
2.salt-1 tsp
3.milk-1 cup
4.curd yeast-3 tblsp
curd yeast
1.water-2 tblsp
2.curds-2 tblsp .warm it and take out.
3.add 1/2 tsp sugar,a pinch of cooking soda,maida-2 tblsp,,mix well and keep aside for 8 hours.
Method
1.make a dough,knead well for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
2.keep aside for 4 hours.
3.prepare rotis.
