Majjige Huli

1.kadale belle(channa dhal)-2 tblsp (soak in water for 1 hr)
2.fresh grated coconut-1/4 cup chilles-5 to 6
4.jeerigae(jeera)-1 tblsp
5.dhaniya (corriander seeds)- 1/2 tblsp pepper corn - 3
7.haldi(turmeric)-1/2 tsp
8.curd-3 to 4 cups
9.vegetables that can be used
◦hurali kayi(beans)
◦kumbala kayi (ash gourd)
◦gori kayi
◦tondae kayi
◦can add fried bendae kayi
wash and cut vegetables,boil it till soft.

1.grind the ingredients except curd and vegetables
2.take boiled vegetable ,ground paste in a kadai, add salt
3.add curd and boil well(can add little water if necessary)
4.add curry leaves , also.
5.heat ghee in a oggarane spoon add, sasivae (mustard seeds)and jeera after it splutters pour over majjige huli
