Ingredients
1.hunase hannu(tamarind)-lemon sized soaked in 1/2 cup water.
2.black pepper powder-1 tblsp
3.bella(jagerry)-2 lemon sized
4.jeera-1/2 tsp
5.red chilles-2 whole
6.salt -to taste.
7.curry leaves-few
8.corriander leaves-few
9.ghee-1tblsp
Method
1.in a kadai,take ghee,add jeera pepper powder.red chilles,curry leaves let jeera splutter
2.in a low flame or(take out from gas)add tamarind juice,bella,salt.
3.add enough water boil well .
4.add corriander leaves
